Umayyad Caliphate Silver Dirham – Wasit Mint (AH 126-129) An excellent, historically significant silver dirham struck during the twilight years of the Umayyad Dynasty. This coin features the iconic, crisp post-reform Kufic script with no pictorial representations, adhering strictly to early Islamic iconoclasm.

Reverse Features the central four-line text of Sura 112 (Al-Ikhlas: *"Allah is One, Allah is the Eternal. He begets not, nor is He begotten..."*). The outer margin bears the Prophetic mission formula from Sura 9:33.
