Obverse: Radiate and cuirassed bust of Emperor Probus right. Inscription: IMP PROBVS P F AVG.
Reverse: Fides standing left, holding two military ensigns (standards). Inscription: FIDES MILITVM.
Exergue: R [Thunderbolt symbol] E. Struck at the Rome mint, 5th officina, during the 6th emission.
Condition: This coin features a particularly sharp portrait with clear details on the radiate crown and armor. The reverse is well-centered with a very legible mint mark and thunderbolt symbol. It retains much of its original billon surface with a pleasing dark patina.
