A genuine, sharply detailed medieval silver halfpenny of King Henry V (1413–1422), struck at the London Mint.

This specific coin is a clear example of the scarcer Class F (Withers Type 10) definitive issue, highly prized by variety specialists for its distinct obverse field markings.

Diagnostic Features:

  • Obverse (IMG_2497.jpg): Features a strong, crowned facing bust of the King within a beaded inner circle. Clear trefoil of pellets to the left of the hair (9 o'clock position) and a distinct, unbroken annulet to the right of the crown (2 o'clock position). Legend reads: +hENRIC REX ANGL.

  • Reverse (IMG_2498.jpg): Long cross pattée extending to the edge, quartered with standard trios of pellets. The mint signature "CIVI TAS LON DON" (City of London) is crisp and beautifully legible on the right side.
